This stone has such a nice pattern that I could not toss it away simply because it had a hollow spot in it. The cave is filled with epoxy and blends in perfectly with the rest of the greenstone. The $80 price reflects the fact that this piece has been filled. No one but an expert would be able to tell that it is anything but 100% natural. I would not hesitate to buy this, because it is a very nice gem.
