The focal stone of this necklace is turritella agate, wire-wrapped in sterling silver. The Turritella Agate comes from Wyoming, and the Petoskey Stones are the state stone of Michigan, making this a great fossil collection. Beads of light Petoskey stone (rice shaped), black agate (a dyed bead), and dusty rose glass pearls are hand-knotted together with silver spacers, fastened with a lobster clasp. The very interesting central agate has ancient fossil sea creatures across the face. This handmade stone and pearl necklace is a real eye-catcher and includes matching bead earrings!
